Doctors in Ras Al Khaimah revived a pakistani man 30 minutes after he was pronounced dead.
The factory worker in his 30s was rushed to hospital after collapsing. Doctors said he was dead after no pulse was found and his pupils were dilated.
Despite this medics continued in their efforts to resuscitate the man, and 30 minutes later the patient’s heart started beating again.
The man spent four days at the intensive care unit before he regained conscious and began to talk.
A doctor said the patient’s condition was stable, adding initial examinations showed he had suffered from a stroke.
